Story Of The Tree Act XVI

4 new pieces listed in my Etsy storefront today with more to come. Also finished a fantastic 4x5 foot piece over the weekend in my kitchen (my husband loves when I create "mine fields" of paint in the kitchen, keeps him on his toes *wink*) and I hope to get pics of that up soon as well. As with the other larger pieces, it is going to be reserved for my upcoming show at Taylor & Mackenzie in NYC.

Show Preparation, a preview....

Both paintings oil on canvas, 5x6 feet.

Blurred Visions

Just a little gallery of my newest series of work I've been listing on Etsy, to which I added the top three pieces today. The first one (on the bottom) sold earlier in the month and the second from the bottom was featured on the Etsy front page 10/26 at around 5AM.

Will get my arse in gear and paint more of these babies. They'd look stellar all paired together on a wall, dontcha think? ;)

New Painting - WIP

Kind of a crude shot, I know, but my studio and camera don't really get along and I'm not lugging this baby (all 30x48 inches) outside for a WIP shot. Just a little sneak peak - this only shows part of the painting, the part where all the action is currently. It actually extends another foot or so to the left and a few inches to the right. Been spending all of my time on it...I can't get away from it...not that I want to, but yeah....

Yeah, so after what, 4 days now of being pretty sick I got motivated to get out of bed and do some painting. It was incredible to me how easily this piece flowed. Different color scheme for me too... I'm loving this piece.
